Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 still not ready for prime time

Microsoft let me know via an onscreen message that it wanted to update my Office 2011 suite with Service Pack 2 last night, bringing it to version 14.2.0. So, without expecting much, I gave Outlook another whirl over the past 18 hours --- my third time in a year and a half. My verdict on Outlook? Still a Massive Fail.

Direct mail is still very powerful. What is going away (thankfully) are the "spray and pray" advertisers who thought direct mail was taking an ad and sticking a label on it, and perhaps buying lists that had no correlation to what they were selling.
